Texas Eastern Gas Purchase (PTR) - STX October 2023
Texas Eastern Transmission, LP ("Texas Eastern") is interested in purchasing 27,211 Dekatherms ("Dth") of natural gas delivered at the Seller's discretion during the month of October 2023 (up to 10,000 Dth/d). These gas quantities are requested to be purchased by Texas Eastern at the Zone ELA Transfer Point (Meter 79055). Texas Eastern will receive offers up to the total quantity of 27,211 Dth. Offers are due by 10:30 a.m., Central Time on Thursday, October 5, 2023, and shall be submitted by email to GTMGasPurchase@enbridge.com . Offer email should include volume and fixed price. Only fixed price offers will be accepted. Winning bidders will be notified as soon as practicable after bids are due. To qualify as a valid seller, a party must have a completed Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas ("NAESB") with Texas Eastern. The NAESB must be signed by a person authorized to bind the seller.
This notice does not constitute an agreement by Texas Eastern to buy gas from any party. With respect to any and all offers submitted, Texas Eastern reserves the right in its sole discretion and without disclosing the reasons therefore: (i) to reject or submit a counter offer; (ii) to postpone, cancel, or extend the dates involved in the process; (iii) to enter into negotiations with one or more sellers or third parties at any time; and (iv) to accept a seller without affecting the status of any other offer.
