TE Line 73 Valve Section 1A Unplanned Outage -- UPDATE

Notice Text:

Texas Eastern Transmission, LP's (TE) is providing the following update on its Line 73 between its Salineville and Colerain compressor stations where TE experienced an unplanned outage during Gas Day September 20, 2022.

TE experienced an unplanned outage on its Line 73 Valve Section (VS) 1A between its Salineville and Colerain compressor stations. As a result of this unplanned outage, TE has isolated VS1A on Line 73 between Salineville and Colerain compressor stations until the identified pipeline condition can be further evaluated and appropriately remediated.

As a result of this isolation, the capacity through Salineville will be reduced to -0- for Gas Day September 21, 2022 until further notice.

During this isolation, the following meters will remain unavailable for flow:

74200 - MOMENTUM KENSINGTON / HIGHWAY 644, COLUMBIANA CO., OH
74201 - ACCESS MIDSTREAM CLARKS MILL ROAD-JEFFERSON CO., OH
74203 - DOMINION ENERGY TRANSMISSION, INC - CLARKS MILL ROAD, JEFFE

Additionally, receipt nominations at MR - 74202 ACCESS MIDSTREAM HIGHWAY 219 - JEFFERSON CO., OH will remain available for flow southbound on Line 73 only.

The timeframe to return the pipeline to service still remains uncertain at this time. However, TE anticipates that the pipeline will not be returned to service any earlier than Gas Day September 28, 2022. There are various factors that may impact TE's return to service timing, such as but not limited to: permitting requirements, weather conditions and any unforeseen existing pipeline conditions that could lengthen the work schedule. As TE continues to develop its workplans and determines a return to service timeframe, TE will post those updates as soon as they are known.

Please contact your Operations Account Representative if you have any questions.
