ETNG Pipeline Conditions for 11/26/2021

Notice Text:

For Gas Day November 26, 2021, East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to ETNG's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding ETNG's operational capacity:

ETNG has restricted interruptible and approximately 28% secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements flowing through the Dixon Springs Compressor Station. ETNG will not allow any increases in receipts sourced from points west of Dixon Springs for delivery to points east of Dixon Springs on the 3100 Line.

ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced west of Wartburg Compressor Station (Wartburg) for delivery east of Wartburg. No increases in nominations sourced west of Wartburg for delivery east of Wartburg will be accepted.

ETNG has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements and 100% secondary out of path nominations within entitlements sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line. No increases in nominations sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line will be accepted.

ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced from ETNG's interconnect with Tennessee Gas Pipeline at Lobelville Meter Station 53201 on the 3200 Line. No increases in receipts sourced from Lobelville Meter Station 53201 will be accepted.

ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations flowing south through Topside to the 3200 line. No increases in nominations sourced on the 3100, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) systems for delivery on the 3200 line will be accepted.

ETNG requires all delivery point operators on its 3200 Line located between Tracy City and Topside and on Line 3500 to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

The OFO for all meters east of Boyds Creek Compressor Station, effective November 19, 2021, will remain in effect until further notice.

The customer specific OFO effective November 24, 2021 will remain in effect until further notice.

If necessary, ETNG will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.

Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
