(1) Nexus will work with upstream point operators at Colerain and Salineville to minimize operational impacts.

NXUS Compressor Station Outages:

NXUS will be conducting outages at the following compressor stations.  Please refer to the operational capacity matrix above for capacity impacts during each of the following outages:

Compressor Station Outages Footnote:

(1) In addition, NEXUS anticipates the operating pressure on the suction side of the Hanoverton compressor station to be approximately 800 psig during the Hanoverton outage.  Based on historical and anticipated pressures from MR N2001 (TGP) being lower than 800 psig, NEXUS will be required to reduced scheduled quantities from TGP to -0- beginning October 1st.

NXUS DOT Pipeline Integrity Project

Tool Runs:

As part of NXUS's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system NXUS will be conducting cleaning and in-line inspection tool runs on various lines throughout its system.  As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity.  Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, NXUS will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known.

NXUS utilizes specific ILI tools designed by vendors to inspect for a certain type of threat that may exist on the pipeline.  Depending on the type of the tool and in order to successful collect the data, the tool may need to be run a specific speed which determines the impact on pipeline capacity during the run.  Furthermore, each tool has a different size and length depending on the tool type and vendor.  Launcher and receivers, and other pipeline facilities may need to be modified in order to launch, receive and run the tool along the pipeline to ensure a successful run.  Occasionally, combination tools, which are tools utilized to investigate multiple threats simultaneously, do exist for various pipe sizes and vendors.  Since combinations do not exist for every pipe size or threat, there may be multiple tool runs needed for a particular segment which creates variability in the outage schedule timeframes.  The following list contains the more common tool types NXUS utilizes and associated threat that the tool generally inspects the pipeline for.  This is not an exhaustive list and there may be other exceptions for the types of threat each tool type looks for.

Listed below are the pipeline segments scheduled for cleaning and/or in-line inspection this year which will have an impact on operational capacity.  Please refer to the operational capacity matrix for any mainline capacity impacts.  Inspections which have meter impacts and/or other operational impacts are denoted with a footnote reference and details of the impacts are in the details below.

Tool Run Footnotes:

(1)           NEXUS has been informed by Texas Eastern (TE) of the following pipeline outage that will impact receipts into NEXUS:

Clarington to Kensington 30" Line 73
Caliper Tool Run:  10/19, 10/21
Tool Run Results/ Potential Repairs: TBD

As part of TE's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system, TE will conduct an in-line inspection tool run on its Colerain Station to Kensington 30" Line 73.

During the caliper tool runs the following meter will be reduce to flow rate of approximately 250,000 Dth /d for four to six hours:

74202 - ACCESS MIDSTREAM HIGHWAY 219 - JEFFERSON CO., OH

Depending on the results of the ILI Tool runs and if further detailed investigations are required, the following meters may experience lower than normal pressures or be unavailable for flow:

74201 - ACCESS MIDSTREAM CLARKS MILL ROAD-JEFFERSON CO.,OH
74202 - ACCESS MIDSTREAM HIGHWAY 219 - JEFFERSON CO., OH
74203 - DOMINION ENERGY TRANSMISSION, INC - CLARKS MILL,JEFFE

In addition, if isolation is necessary, worst case scenarios are as follows:

A.  Customers sourcing gas from meters South of Colerain Station, including TE's Mainline delivering to meters North of Colerain Station, including deliveries to NEXUS, will be reduced to 0 Dth/d. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary services and primary firm services.

B.  Customers sourcing gas from North of Kensington, including NEXUS for deliveries to meters South of Kensington, including TE's mainline, will be reduced to 0 Dth/d. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary services and primary firm services.

(2)            During this tool run meter MR N2002 - NEXUS/KENSINGTON will be unavailable for flow.

Pipeline Outages:

Below is a list of potentially impactful mainline outages occurring on the NXUS system this year.  Capacity impacts associated with these outages are reflected in the capacity matrix above

N4219 (DTE) Ypsilanti: October 8 - 30, 2021

Nexus has been informed by DTE of pipeline maintenance occurring on their E Line segment downstream of Milford Junction and north of its interconnect with Nexus-Ypsilanti which will impact NEXUS shippers lease capacity. Depending on the level of nominations through this segment DTE may have to restrict volumes which could include the Ypsilanti interconnect.

During the period October 8-30, 2021 all DTE meters north of Milford Junction listed below will be unavailable for flow:

N4310 - (DTE) DTE - Gas Storage W10 - POOL RECEIPT

N4440 - (DTE) DTE - Gas Storage - RECEIPT

N4140 - (DTE) DTE - Gas Storage - DELIVERY

N4311 - (DTE) DTE - Bluewater - POOL RECEIPT

N4206 - (DTE) DTE - Bluewater - RECEIPT

N4406 - (DTE) DTE - Bluewater - DELIVERY

N4308 - (DTE) DTE - Vector-Belle River - POOL RECEIPT

N4136 - (DTE) DTE - Vector- Belle River - RECEIPT
