Reminder - Please reset your password by Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Following the recent Colonial Pipeline ransomware incident, the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA), has issued several mandatory cybersecurity directives to the pipeline sector. Enbridge is committed to complying with these directives to support our safe and reliable operations.

The most recent directive mandates that Enbridge must reset all IT-related passwords by August 25, 2021. This includes, but is not limited to technology assets, such as application and user accounts. As such, we are asking all customers to change their current LINK password by Wednesday, August 25, 2021. After that date, any LINK User Ids where passwords have not been changed will be disabled.

Passwords related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) will need to be changed as well. We will contact each Trading Partner to facilitate this effort to ensure proper coordination.

To reset the password for a LINK User Id other than one related to EDI, simply go to the security box on the main menu and press "Reset or Change your Password". Once at the Password Self Service Screen, press "Change Current Password". You will then be prompted for your existing User Id and password. After entering the information, you will reach the Change Current Password screen where you can set your new password.

If you have forgotten your password and are relying on your browser's password retention functionality, go to the Password Self Service Screen and select "Reset Password/Unlock Account". When the Reset Password/Unlock Account screen is presented, enter your LINK User Id and your E-mail address that has been specified in LINK. LINK will then send an e-mail with a hyperlink allowing the password to be reset.
